Refunds
You pay $10 once. We refund you in full if:
- your report doesn’t arrive, or we can’t analyze your account;
- the report is wrong, for example it analyzed the wrong games or the numbers don’t match your games.
How to ask
Email hello@trychessgoat.com from the address you paid with and tell us what went wrong. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
